Who Am I?
I took my first step into vulnerability in 2014, and I have been learning how to embrace and share my emotions ever since. I realized my true passion for parent support and education when I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic. Afterwards, I obtained my Master’s in Child and Family Studies (2018), and I have been diving into and sharing parenting research ever since.

My main focus is helping parents embrace their own emotions while simultaneously teaching their children emotional intelligence. We only learn how to parent based on how we were parented, and my goal is to provide the support and information necessary to do things a little differently!
